As a teacher with an Unlimited Acount you can open as many schedules as you need for your students and they can maintain, revise and print them when needed.
You don't need to change Settings, the printing feature will automatically be made available to your team members.
Note: if you collaborate on a project with a Personal (free) Account and want to start your own schedule or project, you need to upgrade to a Professional Account if you need the Print Feature.
