Tip of the week: publish your schedule

When you want to share your project schedules with others, publish them online by clicking on the 'publish' button in the toolbar of Tom's Planner. Copy the link and send it to others involved in the project. After making changes, you overwrite the published file by entering the name of the schedule, click the publish button and agree to overwrite the old version. You can also add a password, rename the password, change the name of the schedule or unpublish it to take it offline.
